Les Contamines has 120km of ski pistes directly accessed via the main cable cars, plus it is connected to the remainder of the Evasion Mont Blanc domain by ski bus. The area has an excellent snow record due to the north-facing pistes. In the summer months the village is well-placed to offer plenty of activities - there is a large leisure park and swimming lake just outside the village centre and Les Contamines is also on the Tour de Mont Blanc walking trail so there is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and climbing to enjoy. There is a good range of places to eat out, plus cafes, bars and shops. Geneva Airport is just 1 hour away by car.
